Asian Phytoceuticals Public Company Limited was founded on June 2, 1988, under the name “Natural Cosmetics Research Company Limited”, to engage in the manufacturing and distribution of cosmetic and dietary supplement products derived from natural extracts.

In 2005, the company was registered as a public company and changed its name to “Asian Phytoceuticals Public Company Limited”. On November 4, 2011, the company was registered for securities trading on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) under the abbreviation symbol "APCO." On May 14, 2018, the company moved its securities registration to trade on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under the Consumer Products Industry group.
