Asian Phytoceuticals Public Company Limited. is a technologically advanced company that specializes in the manufacture of dietary supplements, cosmetics and personal care products developed from natural plant and botanical extracts. Its goal is the complete integration of key business functions including research and development, manufacturing and distribution of its products for both domestic and international markets.

The company started under the name “Natural Cosmetics Research Co., Ltd.”, and launched its cosmetics line in 1989. As of July 12, 2005 , the company has changed its name to Asian Phytoceuticals Public Co., Ltd. because of the latter's more suitable business nature. Currently, the company has 99.99% holdings in the following three companies:
1. Asian Nutraceutical Centre Co., Ltd. a company with a registered capital of 10 million baht, whose primary focus is the research and develop- ment of natural cosmetics and skin care products .

2. Green Gold Co., Ltd., a dietary supplement manufacturer with
a registered capital of 23 million baht.

3. Asian Life Co., Ltd. a multi-level marketing company with a registered capital of 31 million baht, that specializes in selling dietary supplements, natural cosmetics and skin care products . All of its products were developed and manufactured from companies under Asian Phytoceuticals Public Co., Ltd. It has also expanded its distribution channels to include pharmacies and department stores. In addition, Asian Life Co., Ltd. has 25% holdings in Miracle Discoveries Co., Ltd, which distributes beauty products via TV Marketing and has a registered capital of 5 million baht.

APCO currently has 93 million shares of registered common stock, at one baht per share, as of July 12, 2006 . It proposes to increase its registered common stock by 23.25 million shares amounting to 116.25 million shares. Total current assets equal 153.2 million baht. These shares have been approved of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand to be traded on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI). |

2. To increase overall sales and the number of distributors of its subsidiaries. It will accomplish this by developing innovative, new products in response to consumer demand, as well as establishing various marketing and distribution strategies, including multi-brand strategy and new distribution channels (pharmacies, department stores, spas and salons, and TV Marketing) to help the company reach more of its target customers.
3. To aggressively expand its product distribution to the stable and sustainable growth both in domestic and international markets. This will help minimize the company's risks in being affected by economic fluctuation in the country or in any region.
